Every seal is earned by someone else’s judgement, then worn. Your character carries them wherever the record goes.
02 · What Furlough is
A room of professionals who grow through collaboration.
Two flagship formats run every month — Roundtables, where operators open their books, and Masterminds, where they teach what worked. City chapters, working sessions and Playground showcases are queued behind them.
And one thing worth stating plainly: Furlough no longer services brands. The agency side is closed. What it builds now is the reputation layer itself.

Your reputation, written by everyone except you.
Everything on the register was given to you by somebody else. You cannot buy it, and you cannot award it to yourself — which is the only reason it is worth anything to a stranger. Read how standing works →

A 0–1000 score of what the room says about you: vouches, skill endorsements and attendance, each multiplied by the standing of whoever gave it. A vouch from someone the room already trusts moves you further than ten from nobody.
⚡ Phi Power
What you earn by taking part — 10 for a vouch you give, 120 for an endorsement you receive, 40 for a room you show up in. It sets your level, and it decides how much weight your own vouches carry for other people.

- Stage 2Building nextLearn-to-earnThe academy. Structured tracks that pay Phi Power on completion, assessed by people who already hold standing in that skill rather than by a quiz.
- Stage 3Later · undatedPortable & on-chainYour record stops living only here. Credentials become portable, and the Playground opens — a character you build from earned parts rather than bought ones.
- Stage 4Later · undatedMarketplaceThe directory grows teeth. Standing becomes the filter for real work, and the room starts routing briefs to the people it already trusts.
- Stage 5Later · undatedGovernancePhi Power becomes voting weight. The people who built the room get a say in how it runs.
