Two flagship formats run every month — Roundtables, where operators open their books, and Masterminds, where they teach what worked. City chapters, working sessions and Playground showcases are queued behind them.
And one thing worth stating plainly: Furlough no longer services brands. The agency side is closed. What it builds now is the reputation layer itself.

Portable & on-chain
Your record stops living only here. Credentials become portable, and the Playground opens — a character you build from earned parts rather than bought ones.
Marketplace
The directory grows teeth. Standing becomes the filter for real work, and the room starts routing briefs to the people it already trusts.
Governance
Phi Power becomes voting weight. The people who built the room get a say in how it runs.
